BOOK A STAY PROGRAM / INDEPENDENT TRAVELERS 

24 hours after your reservation: 100% of your reservation will be returned. 

30 days before your arrival date, 100% refund. 

29 days before your arrival date, 80% refund; your 20% deposit will be withheld.

If you cannot travel for reasons of health or force majeure, your deposit can be used to reschedule a visit within one year at currently listed rates.
